Delete your KickR account & data

Use this page to request deletion of your KickR account and associated personal data. You can do this without installing the app.

1. What to include

The email address on your KickR account (or Google account email used to sign in)
Display name / nickname if you remember it
Whether you used a guest session only
Any match IDs or venue names that help verify ownership (optional)
Clear statement that you want the account and personal data deleted

For security, I may ask you to confirm from the same email address used on the account before completing deletion.

2. What we delete or remove

After verification, I will delete or anonymise personal data associated with your account, including where applicable:

Firebase Authentication account
User profile document (names, email fields, photo URL, FCM tokens)
Profile photo files in Storage linked to your account
Owner application / venue profile data you solely control (where you are the owner applicant)

3. What may remain (limited)

Match / lobby history may retain anonymised roster placeholders or operational booking records needed for venue history, abuse prevention, or legal disputes.
Host booking contact already shared with a venue for a past booking may remain in that booking record until that record is purged under normal retention.
Backups and security logs may persist for a short period before automatic expiry.
Data I must keep to comply with law or establish / defend legal claims.

4. Timing

I aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation when done (or if more information is needed).

5. Field owners

If you operate venue accounts, say so in your request. Deleting an owner account may remove or deactivate venue listings you control. Active or upcoming bookings tied to those venues may need separate handling with affected players.
